We Are Meant To Be Strong!
As the saying goes, ‘What doesn’t kill us will make us stronger!’. But, how exactly can we conquer our fears? Well, as hard as it sounds, it starts by facing them. We all might have fears like public speaking, rejection and the feeling of not being loved. While we can’t always talk ourselves out of such fears, we can actually tackle those emotions directly. A study by Nature in 2010, showed that we can alter the way we react by repeatedly going through the emotion or situation that scares us many times so that our fears become more manageable. Ultimately, we will develop the courage to confront them. Of course, we are not saying that it is going to be easy. It most likely will not. What we are saying is that, you are not alone.
