All You Need Is To Nurture Good Habits!
We all have the habit of setting goals, but what happens if it is not effective? For those of us who find goal-setting ineffective, we should build good habits instead. As Octavia Butler puts it, “Habit is more dependable, habit will sustain you, habit is persistence in practice.” Once we have cultivated certain good habits, they will just happen naturally.
